When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Form submissions pass through our form provider and our email provider so that we can receive them. We do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as the work requires.
